Job Description
Prepare and Finalize annual financial statements, audited from External Auditors and provide to Board of Directors for approval
Prepare financial projections and budgets inline with business plan and get these approved by the BOD
Take charge of Finance, Accounting, and
Taxation matters following regulatory reporting cycles
Qualifications:
Degree in business management or a Masters in Business Administration in Accounting/Finance or similar relevant field
Previous work experience as CFO for at least (3-5) years
Previous work experience with financial data analysis
At least Fifteen (15) years working experience and at least Ten (10) years management experience
