Accounting Officer

Terms: Full-time, Onsite 8 hours/ day including holidays

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or any related field
a degree in business administration or finance are also accepted, provided that they have completed specific accounting coursework
- Must have at least 6 months to two years of relevant work experience in accounting or auditing.
- Knowledgeable in the field of BIR and Customs

Responsibilities:
- Financial Reporting: Preparation and presentation of financial statements, ensuring they comply with accounting standards and regulations.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Developing budgets and financial forecasts to guide the organization's financial planning and decision-making.
- Tax Compliance: Ensuring the organization complies with tax laws and regulations, including filing tax returns accurately and on time.
- Internal Controls: Establishing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
- Audit Coordination: Facilitating external audits by providing auditors with necessary financial information and explanations.
- Financial Analysis: Analyzing financial data to provide insights into the organization's financial performance and trends.
- Cash Flow Management: Monitoring cash flows and ensuring there is adequate liquidity to meet financial obligations.
- Risk Management: Identifying and mitigating financial risks that could impact the organization's operations or financial health.

Salary/rate: From Php18,000.00 per month
