Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Assist with internal and external audits: gather documentations and respond to accounting inquiries
- Provide general administrative support: answer phone calls, e-mails, and schedule appointments
- Responsible for BIR Filings, Permits, and DTI BMBE Registration processing
- Reports to Finance Head

Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance is required. Other related fields are also accepted.
- Preferably with relevant work experience in accounting, auditing, and/or finance. (BIR Processing, Peach Tree, Payroll, AR - Account Receivable)
- Preferably a Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or Certified Payroll Professional (CPP)
- Must be highly knowledgeable on MS Applications (MS Word, MS Excel, etc.)
- 3-4 years’ experience of book keeping

Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Excellent organizational skills, time management, and efficiency in prioritizing tasks
- Able to work independently as well as working in a team
- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
