Job Description

You will work closely with our clients as consulting professionals who design, build and implement initiatives that can help enhance business performance. As part of the team, you will drive the following
Define research process and requirements: Understand unstructured problems and define data and research driven approaches to help clients make an informed decision
Conduct primary and secondary research to unearth facts and generate actionable insights: Translate findings into actionable insights and assess and streamline the research study process in line with objectives
Develop knowledge of prevailing trends, financials and operating drivers: Design reporting & benchmarking frameworks, providing industry best practices for global markets
Develop business cases, strategic assessments, published written materials: Work in a team of research professionals, using research tools and methodologies
Deploy strong analytical skills and drive result-oriented decisions: Data-driven mindset within proven utilization of information to drive decisions, calibrate and results.

Deliver best-in-class insights: Deploy insights across sales, marketing and customer service to drive data-driven decision making.
Conduct primary and secondary research to unearth facts and generate actionable insights/ ability to translate findings into actionable insights using the right methodology and approach
Bring your strong analytical skills to drive results-oriented decisions using data
Use information and data from various sources: Ability to derive actionable insights, and drive recommendations to help clients make informed decisions and deliver hyper-personalized experiences seamlessly.
Leverage a combination of primary and secondary research methods: Provide recommendations related to markets, customers, competitors, brands, pricing and more.
Work with the leadership: Support business development and thought leadership in the research/insights space.
Ability to analyze large volumes of data and combine them with macroeconomic factors and competitive benchmarking to cull out insights relevant for stakeholder teams
Maximize experience in conducting foundational, strategic, and iterative research. Working with stakeholders to formulate research questions & collaborating to draw out insights.
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment both on offshore and onshore locations
Communication and Presentation Skills to share the perfect pitch with key stakeholders
Bachelor’s Degree, preferably with MBA
With experience in delivering insights with a focus on designing & executing research strategies
Conducting mixed-methods research across different product verticals and industries and collaborating on projects across product areas
Extensive knowledge of different primary research techniques for e.g., Usability testing, surveys, discussions etc.
Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
Hands-on experience and understanding of research tools / platforms (like Qualtrics, Remesh, Validately, Other)
