Job Description

Job Overview:
You'll be the bridge between our company and call centers, figuring out if they're a good fit for our campaigns. You'll get support from a data mining team to find new call centers. Once you build rapport, our sales team will give you campaigns to pitch. If they're interested, you'll work with our training and IT teams to get them set up. Using platforms like LinkedIn and Facebook, along with your communication skills, you'll gather info and seal the deal. Experience in sales channels and the BPO industry is a bonus.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Make outgoing calls to find new call centres
• Provide accurate and timely information to management based on calls made
• Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, market research, and other strategies
• Provide regular reports and updates to management on client feedback
• Follow scripts or guidelines provided by the company to maintain consistency and convey key messages
• Update and maintain accurate customer information in databases or CRM systems
• Work closely with one of the directors to discuss daily reporting and updates
• Attend client meetings, daily calls, and any other meetings in regards of daily tasks

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
• At least 2-3 years experience as Client Service Manager in a BPO Setting.
• Experience with cold calling
• Experience with research and maintaining databases
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong project and time management skills
• With great voice and accent to be able to work with UK clients
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to work in the afternoon shift (shift starts at 5 pm)
Salary:
35.000,00 ₱ Monthly
