Creative Design Manager

Job Qualifications:
This position is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the creative design team and driving
the development of visually compelling and on-brand creative assets. This role requires a blend of
creative expertise, leadership skills, and strategic thinking to ensure the successful execution of design
projects.

Primary Qualifications:
- Licensed Philippine Architect (graduate of BS Architecture)
- Has a strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual communication
- Proven professional experience of at least 25years in the Design and Construction Philippines
industry
- Proven managerial experience of at least 7years (Supervisory level); Has leadership, communication,
and interpersonal skills

Secondary Qualifications:
- Proficient in design software / understand the use of these computer aided applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail

Duties and Responsibilities:
Collaborates with cross-functional teams, guides the creative process, and ensures that the design
output aligns with the organization’s brand and objectives.
