Job Description
Qualification:
- At least 30 years of professional experience & 10 years of managerial experience.

- At least 40 years old
- Licensed Philippine Architect (graduate of BS Architecture)
- Has a proficient and strong understanding of design application and execution in terms of principles, processes, techniques, and materials
- Proven professional experience of at least 30 years in the Construction / Real Estate Development Philippines industry
- Proven managerial leadership experience of at least 15 years (Middle Leadership); Has strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Proven experience in project management (preferably took up Project Management for Masters), with track record of successful project completion.
- Proficient in project management software / understand the use of these computer aided applications.
- Demonstrate proficiency in industry-related codes specific to the Philippines
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Critical thinker with a keen eye for detail and human behavior
- Salary:
