About the Role

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The Graphic Designer is tasked to ensure that the organization’s branding is a reflection of it’s corporate mission and vision. She is to make sure that members of the company are equipped with collaterals and marketing materials necessary.

Branding

· Ensure that branding embodies company mission and vision
· Ensure that all collaterals and marketing materials reflect company branding
· Organize & document presence of companies at events, conferences and speaking engagements
Marketing Collaterals

· Graphic Design
· Media Design
· Packaging Design
· Merchandise Design
· Collateral Production
· Make sure that sales team is equipped with collaterals at all times
· Make sure that all projects or company undertakings are branded
· Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in Graphic and Media Design
· Create and maintain good supplier relationships, being the main point of contact
Website and Digital Marketing

· Create and update digital marketing strategies that will support the organization to achieve its aims as part of the overall marketing and communication plan
· Create the appropriate analytics to measure, evaluate, and report against goals and performance of all digital marketing activity and plans
Media Content

· Photography
· Video Production
· Animation Production
What we’re looking for…..

· Must have a bachelor’s degree in any related course
· Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software
· Strong creative and design skills
· Technologically proficient
· Work requires professional written communication, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to communicate and interact with C-level personnel

WEB DEVELOPER

Role Responsibilities:

Design, create, and maintain websites and web applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content creators, and project managers, to bring web projects to fruition.
Troubleshoot and fix technical issues, bugs, and glitches.
Stay updated with the latest web development trends and technologies.
Apply innovative solutions to improve development processes and efficiency.
Combine technical skills and creative flair to produce visually appealing and user-friendly digital experiences.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
With at least 1-2 years of working experience in the same field
with knowledge in Wordpress, HTML, Javascript and CSS
Basic knowledge in SEO
Experience with server-side frameworks such as python, ruby, php, Java, ASP, ASP.NET
Experience with database systems such as SQL and Oracle
Ability to encourage teamwork and open discussions to creatively tackle challenges together
