2. College Graduate with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
3. Preferably with MA Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
4. PRC Architecture board exam passer; Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer.
5. Must have at least experience in handling construction projects from ground zero up to finish.
6. With extensive experience handling construction projects locally. Preferably within the Metro
Manila Area.
7. Has an impressive portfolio showing handled construction projects.
8. With extensive knowledge and experience in construction techniques and methodology.
9. Preferably 45 to 50 years old.
