Job Description
SALARY RANGE: ₱50,000 - ₱70,000
- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- Licensed Civil Engineer or a Member of a relevant Professional Institution
- With Valid Driver's License
- At least 3 years of proven work experience in Facilities Maintenance Management
- With Managerial Experience in Building and Construction (preferably in medium to large service organization) with unquestionable integrity
- Ability to prioritize and coordinate tasks and assignments
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- With good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
