Job Description
The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:
1. Must have prior QA Lead experience in BPO set up
2. Experience working in performance based setting
3. Demonstrate leadership capability
4. Provide mentorship to QA
5. Strong analytical and problem solving skills
6. Has comprehensive understanding of QA concepts and principles.
7. Proficient knowledge on data reporting and analysis.
8. People management and development skills
9. Proficient in Microsoft Excel
10.Must be willing to report onsite in Ortigas
