Job Description
Essential Functions/Responsibilities
 Provides coaching and mentoring to agents in order for them to improve on their performance and
the attainment of their metrics
 Ensure that appropriate knowledge tools, techniques and standards are being utilized to meet
customer requirements and needs
 Performs Monitoring and provides feedback to the Management Team and to the Client
 Provides coaching and mentoring to analysts in order for them to improve on their performance and
the attainment of their metrics
 Participates and coordinates in Quality Calibration Sessions with the clients and the management
team
 Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and policies
 Perform other projects and duties as required
Qualifications
 Candidate must be a high school graduate, senior high school graduate, associate graduate, and/or college level
 Candidate must have one to two years of experience in healthcare account and QA role
 Excellent communication skills, both in written and oral
 Must be willing to work on a shifting schedule and work on-site in Market! Market! BGC
