Work Schedule: Night Shift Schedule

Requirements for the Job:
College Degree
BPO experience in sales and retention for at least 6 months to 1 year
Open to working a graveyard shift
Willing to work onsite in McKinley, Taguig
Can commence at the earliest opportunity
Job Duties:
✨ Assist in keeping clients and renewing contracts, as per company objectives.
✨Ascertain and fulfill client requirements, engage in consultative, value-oriented sales
and account management discussions.
✨Serve as the primary liaison for internal sales teams and customers
✨Manage inquiries concerning billing and accounts
✨Ensure a smooth and gratifying customer experience
✨Maintain current data in CRM systems and ensure all customer interactions are recorded accurately
✨Collaborate with internal support teams to manage reporting, escalations, and continuous
process improvements
✨Organize and supervise follow-up communication to aid in closing deals and
maintaining ongoing relationships
