Job Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sales account clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business through excellent service and communication.
- Handle customer orders from initial inquiry to delivery, including quoting, processing sales orders, and tracking shipments to ensure timely fulfillment.
- Provide detailed information about products or services, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions that best meet their needs.
- Support the sales team by identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services based on customer needs and account history.
- Address customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively, following up to ensure complete satisfaction and retention.
