Job Description

Calendar & Schedule Management:
Manage complex professional and personal schedules, set up meetings, and ensure executives are aware of upcoming commitments.
Communication:
Act as a first point of contact, screen calls, direct correspondence, and manage information flow between executives, employees, and external partners.
Travel Coordination:
Arrange and manage all aspects of travel, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and itineraries.
Document & Information Management:
Prepare, format, and review documents, reports, and presentations; maintain organized filing systems and contact databases.
Meeting & Event Support:
Coordinate and set up meetings, take meeting minutes, and assist with planning internal and off-site events.
Financial Administration:
Track daily expenses and prepare expense reports, invoices, and other financial documents.
Information Gathering:
Conduct research, analyze data, and provide executives with comprehensive reports and recommendations.
Salary:
₱15,000.00 Monthly
