Job Description
● Help in preparing and encoding sales quotations, purchase orders, delivery receipts,
and invoices.
● Coordinate order and delivery requirements between sales, warehouse, logistics,
and customers.
● Monitor the status of sales orders and update the Sales Coordinator on delivery
timelines an
● File and maintain sales-related documents (quotations, POs, SOs, DRs, SI, etc.).
● Encode customer information and sales data in the CRM or internal system.
● Ensure accuracy and completeness of all sales records.
● Assist in preparing presentations or materials for client meetings and internal
reporting.
● Monitor office supplies used by the sales team and coordinate requests when
needed.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
● At least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or any
related field.
● Preferably with 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative
assistance, customer service, or related roles.
● Strong administrative and clerical skills.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
Outlook).
● Good verbal and written communication skills.
● Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
● Keen attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry and document preparation.
● Basic knowledge in sales processes, invoicing, or order processing is an advantage.
SALARY RANGE:
₱15,000 – ₱16,000 per month
