Job Description
Manage internal IT ticketing systems to resolve technical issues promptly.
Lead systems integrations across platforms such as ERP, CRM, e-Commerce, Marketing Automation, HRIS, shipping software, and financial systems.
Work hands-on with Celigo, NetSuite, and SPS Commerce.
Oversee and enhance EDI/API data flows for optimal efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional global teams to improve technology performance and automation.
