Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Manage internal IT ticketing systems to resolve tech issues efficiently.
• Lead integrations across platforms like ERP, CRM, E-commerce platforms, Marketing Automation, HRIS, shipping software, financial systems.
• Work hands-on with Celigo, NetSuite and SPS Commerce.
• Oversee and improve EDI/API data flows.
• Collaborate with global teams to drive tech performance and automation.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field/ equivalent practical experience.
• 3–5+ years in IT support and systems integration.
• Strong experience with EDI/API tools and ticketing platforms (e.g., Jira Service Management, Zendesk, ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of NetSuite, Celigo or similar platforms.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently.
