Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience in data analytics, specifically within business development or sales-focused environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in process documentation and reporting.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Experience in Sales, IT, Business Analytics, or Business Intelligence is an advantage.
- Awareness of QISMS standards and compliance requirements.
Data Analysis and Visualization Tools
- Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Looker Studio (formerly Google Data Studio).
- Skilled in building dynamic dashboards, performing data cleanup, and creating automated reports using formulas, pivot tables, charts, and connectors across multiple tools especially Hubspot.
- Experienced with HubSpot Dashboard reporting and data extraction for pipeline analysis, team productivity, and KPI tracking.
Statistical Tools
- Basic knowledge of statistical methods and tools such as Python, R, or SAS is advantageous.
Business Intelligence Tools
- Exposure to BI tools such as Looker or similar platforms.
Key Competencies
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple priorities efficiently
- Proficiency in Google Workspace, with an emphasis on maximizing productivity in Google Sheets (automated workflows, integrations with HubSpot and Looker Studio, version tracking)
- Competent in synthesizing large datasets into actionable insights and visual narratives using Looker Studio
- A proactive approach to identifying opportunities for improvement in reporting accuracy, data flow, and operational transparency
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and data security
