Qualifications:
- 4+ years of consulting experience, preferably in a customer-facing professional services role.
- 2+ years of experience with HubSpot, including its APIs and integrations.
- Experience with Cloud, SaaS applications, and/or enterprise software that support large-scale business processes.
- Track record of building trust and developing customer relationships.
- Understanding revenue functions like forecasting, prospecting, and building/converting pipelines is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of project management essentials (scope, schedule, and budget management).
- Ability to work with various customer Ops & Technical teams.
- Proven ability to influence change within customer organizations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and eloquent writing skills.
- Desire to embrace change and hypergrowth in your role, your team, your organization’s strategy, and the products you support.
- A consultative and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Demonstrated ability to research and find alternative solutions when knowledge base portals do not provide direct answers.
- Adept at navigating and utilizing knowledge base portals for problem resolution.
