Job Description
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading business development initiatives that drive revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, client needs, and the competitive landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, driving both individual and team success.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute tactically and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in the virtual staffing industry or a related field is a plus.
