Job Description
We're Hiring: Business Development Manager!
Makati City and Cebu City | Hybrid (3x onsite and 2x WFH per week) | Monday to Friday, 3:00PM-12:00AM

Responsibilities:
• Identifying and recruiting partners that will drive partner sourced pipeline and revenue for the company.
• Ensure certification and effective enablement of MSPs
• Help operationalize unique partner models and GTM strategies.
• Exceptional partner account management that delivers sales and service excellence.
• Experience in SaaS

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of proven track record in sales and/or partner development, consistently exceeding business development and booking goals.
- Successful track record of exceeding, business development and booking goals
- Demonstrated experience personally managing end-to-end partner enablement plans and collaborating effectively with internal direct sales and services teams to close deals.
- Proficient at building strong relationships with senior executives within the partner community and developing quantifiable business cases for mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Ability to develop with partners a quantifiable business case that will both establish and drive a strong mutually beneficial partnership that drives the partner’s investment of both time and money.
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Proficient in MS365
