The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring long-term partnerships, and driving business growth. This role involves developing strategic account plans, collaborating with internal teams, and proactively addressing client needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred
- At least 5-7 years of experience in account management, sales leadership or business development role and has demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets within key accounts
- Excellent time management, organizational, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and people skills, adept at simplifying complex marketing ideas for client understanding
- People management skills
- Excellent communication, sales presentation and people management skills
- Proficient in market analysis and financial management
- Strong familiarity in social media platforms

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key clients to ensure retention and long-term business growth.
- Understand client needs, challenges, and business priorities to position company products and solutions effectively.
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive customer loyalty.
- Resolve client issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.
- Work closely with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, and Operations) to align strategies and ensure seamless service delivery.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients.
- Contribute to the development and execution of sales strategies that drive revenue growth.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client contact information and communication history.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements.
- Prepare and present regular reports on client progress, sales forecasts, and key account performance.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments that may impact client relationships.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on market research to enhance sales strategies.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the sales organization.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive business growth and expansion.
- Achieve sales targets, revenue goals, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Play an active role in identifying and securing new business opportunities.
