Job Description
Japanese Customer Enablement Specialist (Onsite – Cebu IT Park)
Location: eBloc 2, IT Park, Cebu City
Rate: $16 USD per hour
Type: Full-time | Independent Contractor
Schedule: 40 hours per week

Job Overview:
We are hiring a Japanese-speaking Customer Enablement Specialist to join our team in Cebu IT Park. If you're fluent in Japanese (C1 level or above), tech-savvy, and passionate about customer success, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll Do:

Provide support to Japanese customers via chat, email, and support platforms
-Assist with onboarding, platform navigation, and troubleshooting
-Translate help articles and knowledge base content into Japanese
-Collaborate with global teams to ensure excellent customer experience
-Gather and relay customer feedback to support continuous improvement

Qualifications:

-Japanese proficiency: C1 level or higher (written and verbal)
-Good English communication skills
-At least 1 year of experience in customer support, success, or enablement
-Comfortable using various tech tools and online platforms
-Willing to work onsite at eBloc 2, IT Park, Cebu City

Preferred Skills:
-Experience with platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, or similar tools
-Background in SaaS, technical support, or customer-facing roles
-Experience working in multicultural or international environments
