Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in management, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in HRGA or General Affairs in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
Strong coordination and administrative skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with local labor, transport, and safety regulations is a plus.
Ability to multitask and manage vendors and service providers effectively.
Willing to be assigned at Furukawa Electric Thermal Management Solutions and Products Laguna, Inc., Laguna Technopark, Santa Rosa.
