Job Description
Graduate of any 4-year degree course, preferably in Psychology.
At least 5 years of experience in Human Resources, 1 to 2 years of which are in a supervisory role.
Experience in a logistics company will be an advantage.
Knowledgeable in Philippine Labor Laws, strong in recruitment, employee relations, and employee engagement programs.
Understands payroll process and government mandates.
Excellent communication skills
Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
