Job Description
The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management, coordination, and supervision of the day-to-day security operations of the agency. This includes the deployment of security personnel, client relations, compliance with government regulations (particularly PNP-SOSIA), supervision of field personnel, and resolution of operational concerns. The role ensures that all operations align with the agency’s service standards, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Public Safety, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 2-4 years of relevant experience in security operations or management.
• In-depth knowledge of RA 5487, RA 11917 and PNP-SOSIA regulations, and security protocols.
• Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Certified Security Professional (CSP) certificate is an advantage.
• Willing to travel and be on-call for emergencies.

Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Manpower Deployment and Supervision
• Ensure timely deployment of licensed guards to client sites.
• Monitor guard attendance and resolve post violations.
• Coordinate relievers and ensure 24/7 coverage.
• Conduct site visits and inspections.
• Supervise field inspectors and site commanders.
2. Client Relations
• Communicate with clients to address security concerns.
• Conduct regular post audits and submit incident reports.
• Coordinate manpower adjustments and replacements.
3. Compliance and Licensing
• Ensure valid licenses and training certifications for all guards.
• Coordinate with HR for license tracking and renewals.
• Prepare compliance reports for PNP-SOSIA, and LGUs.
4. Operational Planning and Logistics
• Prepare deployment schedules and relievers.
• Ensure posts are equipped with uniforms, radios, logbooks, etc.
• Approve SOPs and post orders.
5. Incident Response and Investigation
• Respond to on-site incidents and emergencies.
• Conduct investigations and prepare reports.
• Coordinate with authorities when necessary.
6. Team Leadership and Training
• Train supervisors and team leaders.
• Coordinate regular drills and performance reviews.
7. Reporting and Documentation
• Submit operations reports, incident logs, and client feedback.
• Maintain deployment records and contract compliance documentation.
8. Budget and Resource Management
• Assist in budget planning for operations.
• Coordinate with accounting for billing validation.
9. Coordination with Other Departments
• Work with HR, and accounting to ensure smooth operations.
10. Other Tasks
• Attend meetings with clients and PNP-SOSIA.
• Support business development initiatives.
