Job Description
Licensed Civil Engineer or Architect preferred
At least 8 years of project management experience in construction or engineering
Proven leadership in handling multiple projects simultaneously
Strong planning, coordination, and team management skills
Results-oriented and committed to continuous improvement
Excellent communication and client-handling abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all phases of construction and installation projects
Plan, monitor, and ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client specifications
Coordinate with clients, consultants, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution
Supervise and mentor Project Engineers and Site Supervisors
Enforce safety, quality, and regulatory compliance across project sites
Manage project documentation, billing milestones, and variation orders
Collaborate with internal departments to align project goals with company direction
Salary:
P45,000 to P50,000 per month
