Instructional Learning Designer – Moodle (Remote | AU Hours with overlap to UK hours)
Urban CGI is hiring a Moodle-savvy Instructional Designer to develop engaging, SCORM-compliant training content for CGI simulation-based eLearning. You’ll work remotely with our creative team to design high-impact learning modules for global clients in infrastructure, rail, and mining.
What you’ll do:
*Design interactive Moodle-based courses
*Collaborate with SMEs to build engaging content
*Use Articulate/Storyline or Captivate
*Track learner progress, optimise outcomes
You’ll need:
*2+ years in instructional design
*Proven Moodle expertise
*Strong grasp of adult learning principles
*Great communication & time management
*Ability to work AU business hours with overlap to UK hours

*ID certifications, video editing, SCORM knowledge
