₱100,000/month | Possible Extension

As Senior Innovations Manager, you’ll be responsible for guiding people, analyzing audit insights, and turning ideas into enterprise-level improvements. Your role bridges leadership, compliance, and innovation—impacting quality at scale.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor the QA & Compliance and Enterprise Solutions teams
• Build a culture of innovation, accountability, and quality focus
• Use audit data to detect gaps and propose process enhancements
• Drive enterprise-level innovation projects, from scoping to rollout
• Align quality and compliance initiatives with overall business goals
• Introduce technology-driven solutions and process automation
• Present project outcomes and quality updates to senior leadership
• Manage cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless implementation
• Maintain comprehensive reports and documentation on all initiatives
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, or related field
• At least 5 years of leadership experience in QA, compliance, or innovation roles
• Strong grasp of audit, compliance frameworks, and process improvement methods
• Background in managing enterprise technology solutions or automation tools
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver measurable improvements
• Sharp communication, project planning, and stakeholder management skills
• Analytical thinker with a passion for problem-solving and scalable solutions
