Job Description

The Content Director leads the strategy, development, and execution of content across all channels to drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth. This role oversees a team of writers, editors, designers, and producers to deliver compelling, high-performing content that aligns with the company’s vision and voice. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker, skilled storyteller, and experienced leader with a deep understanding of digital, social, and brand content.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field; Master’s preferred.

1+ years of experience in content strategy, editorial leadership, or brand storytelling.

Proven success in leading content for digital marketing, brand campaigns, and social platforms.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Strong project management abilities; able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Familiarity with SEO, analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and CMS platforms.

Experience in E-Commerce industry.

Experience leading video and multimedia content projects.

Understanding of audience segmentation and content personalization.
