Customer Service/Support - Technician I – Monitoring Service (HVACR)

Location: SM Cyberwest, Quezon City
Setup: Hybrid - 3x onsite per week - Equipment Provided
Schedule: Shifting Quarterly (Weekends off not guaranteed)
Salary: ₱26,000 + Competitive Benefits

Qualifications:

Must have good communication skills
Graduate of any 4-year degree or any Associate Degree
At least 3 months BPO experience is a must
Experience in offshore service operations is an advantage
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Excel)
Process: Must be open for 1 online interview and 1 face to face interview
