Job Description
Review and validate diagnosis codes for accuracy and consistency
Ensure documentation aligns with OASIS and Plan of Care (POC) standards
Work closely with clinical and billing teams to resolve discrepancies
Monitor and maintain compliance with CMS and agency QA guidelines
Support continuous improvement in coding quality and documentation integrity
Qualifications:
Proven experience in Home Health medical coding and QA
Strong knowledge of OASIS, POC, and ICD-10-CM
Familiarity with CMS Home Health regulations
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Coding certification preferred (CPC, CCS, HCS-D, or equivalent)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php45,000.00 - Php75,000.00 per month
