Job Description

Qualifications:
Experience in home health medical coding
Strong knowledge of OASIS and Plan of Care (POC) documentation
Proficiency in ICD-10-CM and CMS regulations
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage high-volume coding

Responsibilities:
Review medical records and assign accurate diagnosis codes
Ensure coding aligns with OASIS and POC documentation
Collaborate with clinical and billing teams for documentation accuracy
Maintain compliance with CMS and agency standards
