- Established in 1990 by the late Mr. Edgardo V. Araga, a BSBA and Mechanical Engineer. Started as single ownership and named K.E.A. Industries which stands for the acronym of his family's names. With a capital of USD 5,000 and 5 employees, he bought second-hand machineries, materials, and pay of the salaries of employees. It was located on a 214 square meter warehouse located at Navotas City, Metro Manila. Its main expertise is in the field of fabrication of any type of metal products such as household appliance parts, motorcycle parts, automotive parts, electronic and electrical parts, machine design and fabrication, jigs and fixtures, tool and die fabrication. The then single ownership business turn into corporation in November 1991 and was named KEA Industrial Corporation. All his children became the incorporators of the company. It was succeeded by his eldest son, Mr. Elvin Araga as President and Katherine Araga as Vice President. Celerina Araga as the Chairwoman. The company is currently engaged in metal stamping, assembly, and metal finishing works for mass production requirements. Because of the soaring demand, the business was relocated to its 2,685 square meter manufacturing plant at Bacoor City, Cavite in August of year 2000. Its history did not end here, the fact that the company enjoyed such momentous development within a short period of existence, the company has acquired an 8,130 square meter lot in Silang, Cavite for future expansion. Job Description
Job Qualifications:
1. At least High School graduate or took up Vocational Course
2. Willing to be relocated / work in Bacoor, Cavite
Title & Level Definition:
1. Employee under this level directly informs Supervisor of on-going work progress & potentially quality issues and work hazards.
2. Works on developmental assignment that are routine and repetitive task.
3. Accountable for non-compliance in performing assigned task.
Operational Skills & Knowledge:
1. Has no or limited experience in stamping process.
2. Performs simple power press related routine tasks with close supervision.
3. Work is performed from within specific limits of established procedures and instructions.
4. With on-going familiarization of parts process identification, and good quality requirements.
Communication Skills:
1. With reasonable written, verbal and listening skills.
2. Ability to communicate with others pertaining with work related concerns and performance.
Work Quality & Efficiency:
1. Follows documented work processes standards and reads and accomplish documents and reports.
2. Desirable to makes progress in performing every assigned works output and quality.
Decision Making, Initiative & Flexibility:
1. Needs direction and attention from Supervisor.
