Production Manager

JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Creating and managing production schedules, ensuring efficient workflow, and allocating resources (materials, machinery, and personnel.
2. Implementing and maintaining quality control standards throughout the production process to meet customer specifications and industry standards.
3. Leading and supervising production teams, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
4. Developing and managing production budgets, tracking expenses, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
5. Ensuring that production timelines are met, coordinating with other departments to resolve any issues affecting delivery schedules.
6. Identifying and resolving production bottlenecks, quality issues, and other challenges that may arise during the production process.
7. Ensuring a safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
8. Identifying opportunities for process improvement, implementing lean manufacturing techniques, and staying updated on industry best practices.
