Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Receiving and analyzing orders, developing samples, and negotiating prices.
2. Planning production timelines, sourcing materials, and overseeing production progress.
3. Monitoring quality standards throughout the production process and addressing any issues
4. Maintaining clear communication with buyers and internal teams, including design, production, and quality control.
5. Preparing necessary documents for shipment and ensuring timely delivery, and providing details to the Packing department.
6.Managing costs and ensuring the order is within budget.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are vital for interacting with various stakeholders
2. Ability to analyze data, identify potential issues, and make informed decisions.
3. Negotiating prices, timelines, and other aspects of the order with buyers and suppliers.
4. Managing multiple tasks, deadlines, and coordinating various activities.
5. Understanding of garment construction, fabrics, and production processes.
6. College degree and with experience in the garment industry.
