Job Description

We're looking for a Junior Campaign Manager to join our Manila-based team in a hybrid work setup, ready to support the launch and optimization of impactful campaigns that bring our offerings to life for millions of Filipinos.

As our Junior Campaign Manager, you'll support the execution of direct-to-consumer campaigns across various platforms, working closely with cross-functional teams to bring each initiative to life. You'll be hands-on with campaign coordination, reporting, and communication, playing a vital role in the day-to-day rhythm of our marketing operations.

Campaign coordination - assist in end-to-end campaign execution, from creative handoffs to go-live checklists
Merchant collaboration - сoordinate with Merchant Account Managers to align on joint promotions and featured merchant offers
Asset and content alignment - work with content and design teams to ensure campaigns are on-brand and compelling
Performance tracking - monitor results and help prepare post-campaign analysis to measure impact
Calendar support - help maintain our marketing calendar, ensuring campaigns go out on time and in sync with broader plans
QA and testing - support A/B tests, language variants, and message rendering across channels
Documentation - maintain campaign trackers, briefs, and post-mortem reports to keep the team aligned
What we're looking for:

Education - bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or any related field
Skills

Strong organization & attention to detail

Skilled in Adobe Suite & Canva

Basic HTML knowledge

Familiar with CRM or email marketing tools
