Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct outbound sales calls to generate new leads and nurture existing clients.
-Perform consultative selling and lead discovery conversations to understand client needs.
-Manage end-to-end sales processes, from lead generation to closing.
-Collaborate with operations and internal teams to ensure smooth handovers and delivery.

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable):
-Bachelor’s degree holder or at least 2nd year in college
-At least 1 year of experience in outbound sales
-Experience in B2B sales and consultative/discovery-based selling
-End-to-end sales experience
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
