Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support daily network operations and incident response activities.
Manage and troubleshoot enterprise-grade network security devices, including CheckPoint Firewalls, Zscaler/Bluecoat Proxy, and F5 APM, LTM, and GTM.
Maintain and optimize routing and switching infrastructure (BGP, OSPF, Nexus 9K/7K/5K/2K, Cisco ISR/ASR).
Administer and support Citrix SD-WAN, Forescout NAC, and wireless solutions (Cisco & Aruba).
Perform packet analysis and support security tools such as McAfee NSM/IPS, Cisco ISE/ACS, and HPNA.
Oversee Azure networking configurations, including VNET peering, ExpressRoute, and NSGs.
Ensure adherence to network policies, configurations, and change management processes. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior network engineers

Qualifications:
Minimum 8 years of hand-on experience working in large Network Operations (>1000 devices) environment as a level 2 NOC engineer role or above
Expert network security devices handling for both setup and operaitons support:
o Expert knowledge on CheckPoint Firewalls in terms of troubleshooting issues and also BAU rule base updates. NAT, application/URL filtering IPS, and other blades
o Expert knowledge on Zscaler Internet Access / Bluecoat ProxySG product in terms of troubleshooting whitelisting issues, SSL interception, cert validation etc.
o Expert knowledge on F5 APM, LTM, GTM, configuration and troubleshooting. Expert Internetworking knowledge and experience
o Expert knowledge on Routing (e.g. BGP, EIGRP, OSPF, PIM, GRE, VRF etc.), Switching (VPC, STP, etherchannel etc.), configuration and troubleshooting.
o VPN technologies experience be it IPSec using firewalls, routers or other interoperable devices, both setup and troubleshooting o Nexus 9K, 7K, 5K, and 2K configuration and troubeshooting
o Cisco ISR4K, ASR, configuration and troubleshooting

Good knowledge on Citrix SD-WAN
o configuration and troubleshooting.

Good Knowledge on Forescout NAC
o Troubleshooting incidents.
o Knowledge on policies setup Good knowledge on Wireless LAN solutoin
o Cisco Wireless LAN configuration and troubleshooting.
o Aruba Wireless LAN configuration and troubleshooting. Others
o Knoweldge on analyzing packet capture/wireshark output
o Knowledge on supporting McAfee NSM and IPS sensors
