Job Description
-Daily data entry (journal entries, accounts receivable/payable management, cash and bank account management, etc.)
-Payroll processing
-Supporting monthly and annual closing procedures (most of which will be handled by an external accounting firm)
-Assisting with tax-related filings (such as VAT, corporate income tax, etc.)
-Reporting to the Japanese parent company (may include preparing reports in Japanese)
-Supporting internal control measures and audit-related matters
-Assisting with budgeting and variance analysis
-Supporting the implementation of a new accounting system
