Job Description
- Graduate of Bs in Accountancy or any related course
- 3 yrs experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting preferred
- Familiarity with payroll and tax procedures
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers
- Record day-to-day financial transactions
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Assist with budget preparation and monitoring
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Manage payroll and employee expense reports
- Support audits and tax filings
- Communicate with vendors and clients regarding financial matters
- Salary:
