Job Description

Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering or any related field.
• At least three (3) years’ work experience as Salesman or similar role
• Fresh graduates can also be considered for the role

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
• Strong knowledge of the agricultural industry, including products, services, market dynamics,
and trends.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of motivating a sales
team to achieve targets.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to build relationships and close deals
effectively.
• Analytical skills to assess sales data, market conditions, and customer needs to develop effective
sales strategies.

• Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and overcome sales challenges.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency with Customer Relations Management systems and sales reporting tools.
• Strong customer service orientation to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office operations (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell digital electric meters to government offices and electric cooperatives.
• Build and maintain good relationships with government buyers and cooperative decision-
makers.
• Look for bidding opportunities and ensure timely submission of requirements.
• Assist in preparing and submitting proposals and bid documents.
• Present products and services to potential clients.
• Monitor competitor activities and government project plans.
• Work closely with internal teams for pricing, delivery, and support.
• Help clients with any concerns after the sale.
• Report sales activities and client updates to management.
• Join client meetings and represent the company in events.
• Follow company policies, ethics, and protect confidential information.
Salary Range: Up to Php30,000.00 per month

Work Schedule: 8 hours shift (Day Shift)
Salary:
₱40,000.00 Monthly
