Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new client
- Execute effective sales strategies and meet targets
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Deliver trainings and support internal development

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 1 year of sales experience (HMO industry experience is a plus; fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Knowledge of CRM software and sales tracking tools is an advantage

Work Setup:
- Location: Makati City
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary Range: PHP 16,000 – PHP 20,000 (Based on qualifications)
