Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising, coaching and evaluating sales representatives & tele-marketers to meet and exceed goals
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics.
• Understand customer needs and offer solutions and support
• Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources
• Meet sales quotas and goals. Promotional activities ideas and supervision upon implementation
• Recruitment, hiring, and training of new sales representatives
• Maintaining strong communication and relationship with key accounts and suppliers

Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in branch management, retail, or similar business industries
• Proven track record in leadership, customer service, and financial management
• Skills and competencies
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
• Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint) and branch management software
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
