Job Description

The Business Development Supervisor will work closely with the Business Development Manager and will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic business opportunities within educational institutions and industrial zones in South Luzon. This role will lead efforts to expand product placement, establish distribution partnerships, and drive brand visibility for Nabati’s products through school canteens, cooperatives, and workplace concessionaires.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify potential school and industrial zone partners (public and private) for product placement.
- Conduct research and mapping of schools, campuses, ecozones, and industrial parks to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain relationships with canteen operators, school administrators, HR departments, procurement officers, and facility managers.
- Present product lines, proposals, and pricing to key decision-makers.
- Manage account onboarding and operations, ensure seamless fulfillment, and provide ongoing support while tracking performance and feedback.
- Collaborate with marketing on activations and promotions while tracking competitors to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Generate regular sales reports and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance strategies, pricing, and promotions.
- Ensure high account retention and drive repeat orders through consistent relationship management and service excellence.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, accounting, sales or related field
- Proven experience in key accounts, business development, and institutional account management
- Strong network and familiarity with schools, universities, and economic zones is a plus
- At least seven (7) years relevant experience
