Job Description

We are hiring for a full-time position based in Makati with a salary range of PHP 16,000–20,000 (depending on experience) and a work schedule of Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM. Applicants must be 22–30 years old, with a pleasing personality and a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. At least 1 year of sales experience is required (experience in the HMO industry is a plus), along with strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, account management, executing sales strategies, conducting product presentations, and performing market research and competitor analysis.
