Required Experience:
> Education Level: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or equivalent.
> Experience:
-With experience working in the food manufacturing industry for at least 10 years.
-With a minimum of 10 years of experience handling a minimum of 200 employees as an HR Manager

> Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, relevant labor laws, and best practices.
> Proven effective interpersonal skills and people management skills,
> Vast knowledge of compensation and payroll practices, works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines,

JOB SUMMARY:
As Human Resource Manager, your primary role is to oversee all aspects of Human Resource Department including strategic planning for staffing. Consult your superior on decisions impacting all management levels, fostering sustainable transformation within their departments. As the HR Manager, you have to be the go-to person for all employee-related issues which involves time keeping, compensation and benefits, recruitment and staffing, training and development including but not limited to managing activities such as job design, organizational alignment, performance management, talent management, medical services and administrative services. You are expected to ensure compliance with the Labor Laws and Code to establish quality professional relationship between the employees and the management.
