Job Description

Job Description:
1. Recruitment and Onboarding
Assist in posting job advertisements, screening applicants, and scheduling interviews
Prepare onboarding documents and facilitate new hire orientation
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records

2. Employee Records Management
Maintain and update 201 files (manual or digital)
Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of all employee documents

3. Compensation and Benefits
Assist in the processing of payroll-related documents
Support in SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and BIR transactions
Prepare and submit government reports and forms when necessary

4. Employee Relations
Assist in implementing HR policies and disciplinary actions
Monitor attendance and handle employee concerns professionally
Support employee engagement and wellness programs

5. Training and Development
Coordinate training schedules, attendance, and post-training evaluations
Maintain training records of employees

6. HR Compliance and Reporting
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
Help prepare documentation for audits and government inspections

Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource / Psychology courses.
At least 1 year experience in a recruitment, employee relations, compensation and benefits or HR generalist role.
Knowledgeable in all core HR functions.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
Ability to handle data with confidentiality,
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
