Auto-Loan Collections Senior Manager (47436) - Ortigas

Required Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or any related course.
• Candidate MUST possess 20 years of working experience in the banking industry.
o 20 years in Collections;
o At least 10 years combined experience in Auto Loans; and
o At least 10 years of supervisory/managerial roles
• Strong knowledge of auto loan processes and collections systems
• Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Goal-driven and proactive.
• Dynamic and can work well with all team members.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the Auto Loan Collections operations, overseeing accounts from early delinquency to recovery.
• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and process improvements.
• Monitor collection performance metrics and ensure achievement of collection targets.
• Recommend policy enhancements and support strategic decision-making with data-driven insights.
• Ensure strict compliance with internal collection policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., Risk, Legal, Sales) to address customer issues and streamline resolutions.
• Guide and mentor a team of collection officers to ensure alignment with company objectives.
